May I just thank you and your team for a superb finger buffet, which went down really well in the Warrant Officers and Senior Rates Mess HMS Neptune. Your communication and expertise on which was quite a tight schedule and budget was second to none throughout.
Although not a Social secetary for HMS Neptune i will be recommending The Buffet Shop (Helensburgh) for future events as the food was delicious, hope i can send more business your way, thankyou so much

"I can’t tell you how delighted I was to have walked into your shop that afternoon as you were about to close for the day – you really saved the following day for me and my clients! I came in with a problematic situation and left with a solution which was better than I could have dreamt of in so many ways. The reception I received from every member of your team was cheery, professional and helpful. As you had all the wonderful ingredients on hand it was no problem at all for you to provide canapés for me for a private event the following morning. As promised the wonderful and imaginative selection of canapés was delivered on time. They looked divine and the clients thought they were absolutely delicious - the proof being that they ate very single one!

Many thanks for the excellent food the Buffet Shop made for my party. Catering for 90 was too much to do myself, so I as pleased to when Anna told me you can do hot meals as well as a buffet. Being able to get a few samples of both the chicken and pasta dish allowed me to have my favourite choice, which was brilliant. The quality of your food is of the highest standard, and I was absolutely delighted with the end result.

I just wanted to send a quick note to thank you very much for the assistance with our platters for my Nana’s 90th…the food was fabulous with many rave reviews….There were many people who asked where it came from, so hopefully you will get some other business out of it….I realize that most of your business is through “word of mouth”, but I thought it might be a good idea for you to provide the hosts of your catering with some business cards, as I was asked if I had any….just a thought ?

Many thanks for the splendid meal you provided on 5th September for my husband Ronald's retiral from the Dept of Classics.
The quality of the food was commented on by very many of those present and its presentation was excellent. Ron with the van was so helpful to us when we found that we couldn't get into the hall at exactly the time we thought, waiting around for an extra half hour so cheerfully. The fact that you also provided serving utensils was a great bonus.

We have a tray/crate of yours which you could pick up some time from the dept of Classics if you wanted.

It might also be useful to know that there was more whipped cream than we knew what to do with - you could economise I'm sure on that in future.

We will very happily recommend you to anyone in future.
